BOOKING POLICY​

I have a 24-hour booking policy in place which is designed to protect not only my business, but also to keep things fair for all clients.​

No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me. 

A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. I accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Paypal or direct bank deposit. I understand that sometimes you may need to   change your booking - I kindly request 24 hours notice so I can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. 

However, if you don’t provide me with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited.

Any client who attends an appointment with any signs of illness will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

All product purchases above $50 are recorded on your privilege card. After 12 product purchases within 12 months you will be rewarded with a complimentary 30 minute skincare treatment for you to enjoy or a free product.

SALON POLICY

In the interest of the safety of your child and your sanity, this salon is not a suitable venue for babies or children under 12 years of age. For a calming environment I recommend Mobile phones are to be switched off or on silent*.

RETURN POLICY

I offer a 100% money back guarantee on all my products if they are faulty* or if you have suffered a reaction. 

Products must be returned within 14 days. Any returns for change of mind will not be accepted.

* Please note that it is vital to prime all products before use, to allow liquid to flow freely through the metered twist pump dispenser.

To prime, hold product upside down, with your finger over the top of the nozzle and pump 2-3 times.
